TCP Software Appoints Daryl Rolley As CEO

AUSTIN, TX—TCP Software, a leading provider of time tracking and employee scheduling solutions, today announced that Daryl Rolley has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer. With Rolley’s background in both commercial and public sector markets in enterprise software, TCP’s customers will enjoy an increased focus on customer satisfaction and investment in software solutions to drive continued ROI.

Rolley is joining TCP from Medicat, an industry leader in College Health EHR software. Prior to Medicat, Rolley served in various senior leadership roles, including RealPage, Ariba and McKinsey & Company. Rolley’s focus on cultivating a customer-first organization and developing and introducing new value-added solutions will enable TCP to deliver upon its mission of helping businesses work better by streamlining daily processes, mitigating compliance issues, and up-leveling the employee experience.

Doubling its revenue since 2019, TCP has established a healthy pipeline of organic and recurring revenue as its software solutions have proven critical to organizations managing both in-person and hybrid workforces during the pandemic. Leveraging Rolley’s enterprise SaaS expertise, TCP will maintain its focus and leadership on delivering industry-leading time tracking and employee scheduling solutions. Under his leadership, TCP’s strategic objectives will be centered around go-to-market and operational excellence, balanced growth in public and private sectors, significant commercial partnerships, and ongoing product innovation.

Daryl Rolley is a 30+ year global executive who has successfully built Cloud/SaaS software businesses in all parts of the world. He is skilled at developing strong-performing leadership teams and customer-first organizations that drive value for businesses and their operations. As part of the executive team at Ariba, he transitioned the legacy on-premise, behind the firewall business to the multi-tenant cloud model, which is still one of the largest transitions of its kind in the industry. Prior to joining TCP, Daryl was the Chief Executive Officer of Medicat Holdings, the leading University Healthcare software provider where he led a team that developed multiple solutions that created significant customer value.
