MomentFeed, the leader in mobile consumer experience management for multi-location brands, announced today that Ed Shaughnessy has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shaughnessy brings a valued mix of corporate finance, merger & acquisitions and corporate development experience to help propel the company into its next phase of growth.

Prior to joining MomentFeed, Shaughnessy was CFO at LogicMonitor where he helped build a world-class finance operation and team to define and drive the business to high growth and a profitable path, ultimately leading to the acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in the summer of 2018. He also spent more than a decade at Intel Corporation in core finance operational positions. In addition to serving as Director, Strategic Business Development in the Software and Solutions Group, Shaughnessy was Mergers & Acquisitions Finance Controller for Intel Capital, playing a key leadership role in Intel’s purchase of McAfee in 2010.

I was drawn to MomentFeed based on the real-world problems our platform is solving, evangelizing the way MomentFeed clients grow revenue within an increasingly competitive environment,” said Shaughnessy. “Customers within apparel, food and other retail markets are trying to manage the complexity and explosion of online commerce, while also creating profit off of their physical store footprint by driving more in-store sales. And that’s exactly where we deliver value.

We are thrilled to have Ed on board and know he will make an immediate impact within our organization,” said Robert Blatt, CEO and Chairman of MomentFeed. “He joins at an ideal time, pulling on his experience of proven financial transformation within companies, which will accelerate MomentFeed’s sustainable growth and profitability.
